Payment/Refund Policy

When you make the commitment to work with us. We make a commitment to work with you and we take it very seriously. We value your time and we are honoured that you have entrusted us to guide you on this journey.  To best serve you with the highest possible good for all concerned, we know it is important for us to get to know you.  We will do so through questionnaires, emails and phone consults. As well as through spiritual means such as meditation and elder consultation.  In addition, in order to provide the highest quality retreat experience and hold a solid container for you with such a powerful medicine we only hold a limited amount of retreats per year (4-6), for a limited amount of clients per year, and to be sure that there is enough time to prepare you we ask that you book your retreat at least 30 days in advance. We also ask that you cancel at least 30 days in advance as to allow for enough time to book someone who may be waiting for an opening. To ensure your reservation we ask for a 50% deposit.


Deposits are 50% of the total payment and they are received by bank wire transfer to the account of Julia Malone under the corporation name, Nature’s Potential Limitada. We have a business account with Banco Nacional de Costa Rica. You will be notified by email if you have been accepted into the program. Upon receiving your acceptance a 24 hour complimentary hold will be placed on your reservation to hold your spot while you are making deposit arrangements. The banking information will be supplied to you via a pdf document in your email. You are responsible for paying any transfer fees that arise from your bank. They can be anywhere between $30-$80 depending on your institution. 

Program Fees

The remaining balance can be made at the same time as the deposit in order to save on transfer fees. Or it may be sent by bank wire transfer to the same account at least 10 business days prior to your arrival. Our company policy is that payment needs to be made in full prior to you commencing the retreat. Therefore to avoid missing your retreat due to bank delays due to holidays  please be sure to send the final payment with ample amount of time to arrive.

Refund Policy 

You are eligible for a full refund of the initial deposit (whether made in full or part), minus a $1000 administration fee, if you withdraw from the program at least 3o days prior to the program start date . This gives the team time to fill the vacated spot.  A lot of pre-work goes into preparing for your arrival. Your retreat is your sacred container that we have reserved for you and you alone and we spend a lot of time processing your application, helping prepare you spiritually and mentally to get the results you deserve all while spending hours meditating, receiving messages and employing our resources and extended spiritual support of elders on how to best serve you.

After 3o days the initial deposit (less the $1000 administration charge) is non-refundable, unless extraordinary circumstances exist (e.g., serious illness, a death in the immediate family). These decisions are made at the discretion of Iboga Love and rescheduling to a later date may be offered.

Program Cancellation and Rescheduling

If a program is cancelled by Iboga Love then you will be eligible for a full refund of deposit and program fees. Please note this is different than when an individual is removed from a program by failing to oblige by Iboga Love rules and regulations or for providing false information in your screening, in this case deposits and fees are non-refundable. If the program is rescheduled by the Iboga Love due to extraordinary circumstances, then the cost of the change in airfare (up to a maximum of $1000) plus airline change fees (up to a maximum of $500) will be deducted from the cost of treatment or in the case where full payment has been made, Iboga Love will reimburse the cost of the difference in airfare plus airline change fees, up to a maximum total of $1500. Receipts of all airline charges must be provided to Iboga Love prior to reimbursement. Change in fair class will not be compensated.
